The article editor is where content comes together. You can generate an article with AI or write it yourself, then refine every detail before publishing. ## Create an article When you click **Create article**, choose how to start: | Mode | What it does | | -------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Generate with AI** | Drafts the article from a prompt. Uses 1 article credit. | | **Write manually** | Creates a draft and opens the editor for you to write. No credit used. | The AI flow walks you through three quick steps: **what to write about**, **how it should sound**, and **SEO keywords**. Your usual defaults are pre-applied — change anything or keep going. ## Article settings (defaults) Set defaults that apply to new articles: * **Voice** — e.g. professional, friendly * **Tone** — e.g. confident, helpful * **Style** — e.g. concise, story-driven * **Language** — defaults to the prompt's language * **Format** and **cover style** ## Keywords (SEO) Manage keywords from three sources: * **Manual** — type your own, separated by commas or new lines. * **Generate (AI)** — Cliro proposes keywords from your brand, tracked prompts, AI-engine responses and competitor citations. * **Saved** — reuse keywords you've stored. Mark one keyword as **primary** (★) — it's used in the title — while the rest are secondary. ## Finalize and publish When the article is ready, publish it directly to a connected CMS or export it. Set up WordPress, Webflow, Wix, PayloadCMS or a webhook to publish in one click.
