The Content Planner (the Calendar tab) lets you map out content ahead of time. Instead of creating articles one by one, you plan a batch and Cliro schedules them across upcoming days.

Plan a batch

1

Open Plan content

Click Plan content to open the planning dialog.
2

Choose how many articles

Set the number of articles. Cliro creates one planned article per free day, starting today.
3

Select prompts (topics)

Pick the prompts to base the articles on. If you don’t choose any, all of the brand’s active prompts are used.
4

Plan

Cliro distributes the planned articles across the calendar.

Create from a planned slot

Each planned slot becomes an article you can generate when ready. Opening a planned slot lets you set the title (with the option to generate another), confirm the prompt it’s built from, add keywords and a custom instruction, then create it.
A planned article is generated from its prompt plus around 10 recent responses, your site and your brand — so the content reflects how AI currently talks about your space.

Credits and quota

Planning and generating articles draw on your plan’s monthly article credits. The dialog shows how many you have left this cycle, and credits reset at the start of each billing period.

Edit your articles

Refine any generated or planned article in the editor.
