Onboarding

When you log in for the first time, Cliro walks you through a guided setup. Each step is saved as you go, so you can leave and resume without losing progress.

Step 1 — Choose your account type

Pick the option that matches you:

• Agency — you manage AI visibility for client brands.
• Marketing team — you grow your own company’s brand.
• Individual — you’re a solo founder, consultant or creator.

Cliro creates your workspace and starts your 15-day free trial on the Starter plan automatically.

Step 2 — Add your main brand

Enter your brand name, website and location. This becomes your main brand — the website Cliro analyzes. Location helps tailor the AI queries to your market.

Step 3 — Review suggested topics

Cliro analyzes your website and suggests topics — themes your audience cares about. Keep the relevant ones, remove the rest, or add your own. Topics group the prompts you’ll track.

Step 4 — Confirm your topics

Save your selected topics. Duplicates are ignored automatically. These topics drive the prompt suggestions in the next step.

Step 5 — Review suggested prompts

For each topic, Cliro suggests prompts — the real questions it will ask the AI models. Review them, edit wording, and remove any that don’t fit.

Step 6 — Confirm your prompts

Save your prompts. They’re created as active, ready to be tracked. This step doesn’t run them yet — it just sets them up.

Step 7 — Generate first responses

Cliro runs your prompts against the AI models for the first time so your dashboards have data immediately. This initial run happens live during setup, then your prompts move onto the daily schedule going forward.

Finishing up — choose your plan

After setup, you’ll be prompted to choose a plan and complete checkout to unlock full access. You can keep exploring during your trial and upgrade whenever you’re ready.

What happens next

Once onboarding is done, Cliro keeps your data fresh by re-running active prompts daily. Head to Visibility to see your first results.
