Tags are labels you apply to prompts so you can filter and segment your data. They turn a flat list of prompts into views that match how you actually work — by funnel stage, campaign, region, product line or anything else.

Why use tags

  • Filter dashboards — narrow Visibility, Prompts and other views to a tagged subset.
  • Group by intent — separate brand, competitor and buying-intent prompts.
  • Report by theme — show stakeholders the slice that matters to them.

Manage tags

From the Tags page (under Knowledge base) you can create, rename and delete tags for your brand. Tags are reusable across all your prompts.

Apply tags to prompts

You can assign tags when you:
  • Create a prompt — choose tags in the Add prompt dialog.
  • Edit a prompt — update its topic and tags anytime.
  • Bulk import — include a tag column in the import template.
  • Bulk-edit — select multiple prompts in the table and add tags at once.
Keep your tag set small and meaningful. A handful of consistent tags is far more useful for filtering than dozens of one-off labels.
