Visibility
How often your brand appears in AI answers, as a share of the prompts tracked. Higher means you show up in more answers.
Sentiment
How positively AI models describe your brand — positive, neutral or negative — across mentions.
Position
Where your brand tends to rank within an answer when several brands are mentioned. Lower (closer to #1) is better.
Mentions
The total number of times your brand was named across the responses in the selected period.
Reading the dashboard
- By model — Compare visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other models. A model where you’re weak is an opportunity, not just a gap.
- Trends over time — Watch how your visibility moves day to day as Cliro re-runs your prompts.
- Brand vs. competitors — See your share of voice next to the competitor brands you track.
